One Time Purchases

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

After production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Orders

Pre-Order purchases secure production inventory and are generally non-cancellable.

 

Subscription or Recurring Purchases

If subscription products become available:

• Customers may cancel future rentals at any time through their account portal.
• Previous charges are non-refundable.
• Cancellation prevents future billing only.
