At Neighborhood Watch Magazine, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. 

Pre-Orders 

Many of our products are offered as pre-orders. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that production and fulfillment timelines may vary.

Pre-order items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged once production has production. 

Apparel & Merchandise

We accept returns only if: 

• The item arrives damaged.
• The wrong item was received.
• The item contains a manufacturing defect.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
